About Us Prize Performance, Inc. is a full line fulfillment company family owned and operated by the former owners and management of National Refund Service, Inc. From a modest beginning processing cash refund requests in 1980, National Refund Service enlarged to a peak of 18-20 million refund checks annually and expanded to accommodate fulfillment of premiums and mail order merchandise with computer and mail distribution centers in both Connecticut and Minnesota. Services grew to include sweepstakes bonding, program consultation and analysis, administration and seeding. With the prospect of a recession in the immediate future and a transitional period occurring in the sales promotion industry, it was decided to dispose of the business and resume activities in more prosperous times. In March 1990, National Refund Service was sold. At the urging of former clients, the business re-opened in February 1992 under the name Prize Performance. |
Over the years we have successfully managed fulfillment programs with responses ranging in volume from a low of two entries up to the then largest game promotion conducted in the United States for R.J Reynolds, involving game card distribution on more than 4 billion packages and resulting in over 350 million contest entries with mail volume peaks that exceeded the handling capabilities of the Minneapolis postal system.
